| How to buy | A 280 acre farm run by the Sisters of the Humility of Mary. Their listing describes an 8 acre non certified organic produce, herb and flower farm plus heritage beef cattle and sheep. They grow lettuce, spinach, kale, tomatoes, peppers, beans, squash and root vegetables, plus blueberries, melons, peaches, apples and pears, fresh and dried herbs, medicinal herbs and bedding plants. They also sell organic hay and seasonal lamb. Their listing notes they give away 50 percent of the produce to the local under privileged. They call the farm non certified organic, so we are not recording an organic certification. |
