It says: "Our animals live on pasture all year long and are never confined. They graze and forage as long as each season permits then move to winter paddocks. The animals move between 43 paddocks." It is a birth to slaughter operation on 41 acres of silvopasture.

In the farm's own words on the state map: "We like to say we practice gentle farming. No till, no harmful chemicals, no pesticides, no hormones, no antibiotics. Our beef cattle are grass pastured spring through fall and during the winter are fed local hay harvested from our friend's farm down the road. They are given lots of stress-free attention. Our meat and egg laying heritage chickens are outside year round foraging our fields and lay our customer-favorite eggs. Our vegetable offerings change annually as we rotate crops and experiment with different varieties. The farm food we offer changes seasonally and varies. We are always offering *something* to eat ALL YEAR!".
