How to buyIn the farm's own words: "We're a pasture-based, sustainability-focused livestock farm in northeast Connecticut raising pigs, goats, and chickens", Certified Animal Welfare Approved and Certified Grass Fed, fed a soy-free, corn-free, non-GMO, certified organic feed. It says: "Our animals live on pasture all year long and are never confined. They graze and forage as long as each season permits then move to winter paddocks. The animals move between 43 paddocks." It is a birth to slaughter operation on 41 acres of silvopasture.

Tillage & soilThis farm has not published how it works its soil, so we are not going to guess. If you farm here, tell us and we will add it. See the farms that do say.
Good to knowThe farm store is in the garage off the driveway, not the front door of the house; if the garage barn doors are closed, the store is closed. The farm asks visitors to complete an arrival form the morning of their visit, and notes it has leashed dogs that may be sunning themselves in the driveway. Its on-farm store hours are limited and published on its Find Us page.
