PricesThe farm publishes beef at $6.50 a pound hanging weight for one option and $6.70 a pound hanging weight for another, with the deposit deducted from the final invoice and processing costs not included, and lamb at $9.75 a pound of hanging weight for a whole lamb of 50 to 75 pounds. Deposits are non-refundable: $200 for a lamb (about 30 to 45 pounds whole or 15 to 25 pounds a half), $350 and $400 for larger reservations. Individual cuts include 100% grassfed ground beef $10.25 a pound, tenderloin filet $38 a pound, short ribs $9.25 a pound, brisket $9.75 a pound, soup bones $4.50 a pound, liver $8 a pound and heart $7 a pound.
