It was founded by Dot Montgillion in the late 1970s who grew herbs, fruits and vegetables and didn't let an ounce go to waste. In 2016, Montgillion's apprentice, Kara Vaneck, took over the operation. She believes in creating fresh and flavorful products with "zero waste." |
