| How to buy | The Swan family has been making syrup since 2015 when they started with just six taps. They made the leap to upwards of 800 taps in 2022. "We have just a handful of maples at our house outside Hillsboro where our sugar shack is located," explains Trevor Swan. The family also taps sycamores, and they hope to tap other trees in years to come. |
