| How to buy | Lilac City Harvest is a seven-acre hidden gem tucked behind a vibrant Spokane Valley neighborhood, providing easy access to the freeway, as well as solitude and privacy from the hustle and bustle of the main road. Husband and wife team Adam and Emily Powell have been growing organically since 2016. They enjoy focusing on salad crops including lettuces, root veggies, and herbs; seasonal favorites like sugar snap peas and green beans, and squash; pantry staples like carrots, potatoes, onions, and garlic; peppers, tomatoes, and cucumbers are grown in their hoop house. |
