| How to buy | Grass Cattle Company is a first-generation regenerative livestock farm based in Charlotte, Vermont, founded in 2016 by farmer Steve Schubart. We rotationally graze 100% grass-fed cattle using soil health and regenerative agriculture principles designed to improve pasture health, build soil biology, and work in harmony with the surrounding ecosystem.
