| How to buy | A member of the Texas Department of Agriculture's Farm Fresh Network. The network records where it sells as: Farmer's markets, Direct-to-consumer. Products and the months given for each: Beans (All Year); Beef (All Year); Broccoli (All Year); Cabbage (All Year); Carrot (All Year); Chicken (All Year); Cucumber (All Year); Onion (All Year); Rice (All Year); Tomato (All Year). We raise Wagyu cattle and chicken in North Texas since 2019. We make wagyu beef potstickers, chicken dumplings, and wagyu beef sausages and meatballs. We have been selling our wagyu beef and chicken foods at Dallas Farmers Market for over 7 years. Currently we cater our farm to table wagyu beef meals to Lovejoy ISD, Texas A&M Commerce, Japanese Language School in Dallas, Denton ISD and Little Elm ISD. We are designated vendor for these schools. Our Wagyu beef potstickers got awarded USDA Value Added Producer Grant in 2025. We look forward to expand and provide our Wagyu beef foods and meal services to more ISDs across Texas. |
