As the fifth generation engaged in milling or agriculture in South Dakota, our family legacy began with our great-grandparents, who established a mill near Riverside prior to 1880 and later founded Tri-State Milling in western South Dakota. Recognizing the nutritional benefits and exceptional flavor of freshly milled flour from organic heirloom wheat, we aim to expand our operations to make this product more widely accessible through." |
