| How to buy | We raise wonderful registered Berkshire pigs on pasture. Our pigs are finished on pasture with no confinement. Our sows, piglets and boar are raised on sunshine, clean air and a natural diet including fresh Jersey milk and fresh eggs. The quality of the Berkshire meat is unmatched, it stays juicy and tender when cooking due to the pH of the meat that is unique to the Berkshire breed. Berkshire pork has been featured on the Food Network show Chopped and BBQ Pitmasters on the Travel Channel. It truly is the best flavored pork on the market today. Our lambs are Dorper/Katahdin crosses. The Dorper and Katahdin sheep are known for their great quality meat. Our chickens are raised in mobile units on the pasture where they are protected from predators but have access to green grass, bugs, fresh air and sunshine. We are USDA Certified. Tours of the farm are available. |
