| How to buy | Farmstead cheeses made with 100 percent milk from their own farm, including quark, colby, cheddar in mild, habanero and roasted garlic, gouda aged 8 or 16 weeks, cheese curds, pizza cheese, jack and cow's milk feta, plus local wildflower honey from Pleasant Unity. They say the milk is tested free of antibiotics and is rBST free. They farm 185 preserved acres, take part in the National Dairy FARM Program, and describe regenerative inspired practices that prioritize soil health, animal welfare and environmental stewardship. Milking is done by robot in what they call the Smart Barn. |
