| Prices | Eggs $5 a dozen. Retail lamb cuts are priced by the pound, and half or whole lamb orders carry a $25 reservation fee that is deducted from the total. Lamb cuts: ground and cubed lamb $9.50 a pound, loin and rib chops $11, French cut chops $12, tenderloin roast BRT $15, shanks $10, bones $10 a bag, offal $3 a pack and lamb snack sticks $9 a pack. Eggs $5 a dozen, with 50 cents back per clean returned carton. Whole and half lambs are sold live weight with a $25 reservation deposit that comes off the total, and there is no minimum on retail cuts. |
