How to buy	They raise purebred Angus beef cattle on pasture without antibiotics or added hormones, and say the beef is USDA inspected and processed at a federally inspected facility. Steaks, roasts and ground beef are sold by weight as frozen cuts. They also grow lettuce mix, salad greens, cabbage, tomatoes, peppers, squash, garlic and kale in market gardens and hydroponic greenhouses. Their listing says they use safe growing and handling practices that keep the land productive while preserving it for future generations.
