| How to buy | Creamline milk and chocolate milk, cheese curds in several flavors, blocks of cheese, eggs and honey. This is a fourth generation dairy that has been going since 1929. They milk about 90 cows a day out of a herd of 150, a mix of Holstein, Jersey, Brown Swiss, Lineback, Ayrshire and crossbreds, and the cows move between the barn and pasture. The milk is pasteurized but not homogenized, at a low temperature of 145 degrees, and it never leaves the farm between the cow and the bottle. The cows eat hay, grass, corn, forage sorghum and minerals. |
