| How to buy | Beef, pork, chicken and brown eggs sold by the cut. Beef cuts include short ribs, cubes, roasts, soup bones and ground. Pork includes ham steak, shoulder roast, loin chops, sausage and bacon. Chicken is sold whole and in parts. They describe the animals as free range, medication free and hormone free, and say the animals are treated ethically, with antibiotics used only if an animal is ill, and kept in clean facilities with plenty of fresh water and hay. They say both the beef and the pork are quality assurance certified. |
