Occasionally we run different strains of mushrooms. We are the largest mushroom operation in the greater Charlotte area with our current out at about 500 pounds a week. UGF sells directly to consumers at the Matthews Community Farmers Market as well as the South End Market at Atherton Mills. Additionally, we self distribute to about thirty restaurant accounts and work with Fresh List in Charlotte."
