We raise poultry for fresh free range eggs and also bake amazing breads and desserts! We grow a wide variety of herbs that can be used both fresh and dried for baking, teas, aromatherapy and homemade soaps and candles. We also have about an acre of fresh produce growing for everyone to enjoy! We've got everything from multiple pepper and tomato varieties to potatoes, peas, beans, broccoli, lettuce, cucumbers and many more. Mid summer will provide amazing sweet corn and bountiful melon varieties and fall will welcome in more veggies as well as a U-Pick Pumpkin and Gourd patch. Soon our fruit garden will be in full swing with raspberries, blueberries and strawberries. They'll be available fresh or frozen, "bare" or inside yummy jams and pies."
