Varieties include Blue Oyster, Pink Oyster, Gold Oyster, Italian Oyster, Snow Oyster, Lions Mane, Chestnut, Pioppino, Golden Enoki, Black Pearl, King Trumpet, Maitake, Reishi, and Cordyceps Militaris.
