We operate a 105 acre heritage apple orchard and Angus livestock farm the Blue Ridge Mountains of Haywood County, NC. We manufacture acidified food products in conjunction with the Blue Ridge Food Ventures in Asheville, NC. Current products approved by North Carolina State University and the Food and Drug Administration are a delicious Caramel Apple Fruit Spread and a spicy Apple Chutney. We have plans to enter three new products in 2021; an apple butter, apple pepper jelly, and "Cotton Candy" jam. Products are currently sold in stores in North Carolina, Virginia, Kentucky and Tennessee. Proud members of the North Carolina Specialty Foods Association and Got To Be NC!"
