| Prices | Published prices: certified organic pasture raised on-farm processed chicken at $7.75 a pound whole, $8.75 a pound half and $5 a pound for backs and wings; certified organic 100% grass fed beef with pre-made patties at $11.00 for a 12oz two burger package and ground beef with pork fat at $14 a pound; pork at $15 a pound for baby back ribs, $13 a pound for bone-in shoulder and shoulder butt roasts, $17 a pound bone-in and $18 a pound boneless chops, $12 a pound plain ground pork, $13 a pound loose seasoned sausage, $16 a pound sweet Italian linked sausage, $13.50 for a 0.8lb pack of 14 mini maple breakfast sausages, $18 a pound pepper bacon and bacon ends, $13.50 for a 12oz pack of back and shoulder bacon, $2 a pound back fat, $3 a pound kidney fat and $20 for a quart jar of rendered lard.
