| How to buy | Born and grazed on our farm from birth to butcher, we desire to provide you beef that is truly grass-fed from start to finish. No hormones, no antibiotics and no grain. Ever. Located in central Nebraska, our land has been family owned for over 125 years. Ryan and I decided to move back to Nebraska in 1994 to work the family farm. Currently we raise organic crops and 100% grass fed/finished black Angus beef on our farm. Our cattle are born and grazed on our farm. We believe in raising a product that is good for you our customer, the soil, and the environment. Cows are herbivores. Therefore feeding them only grass as God created them to do, results in a healthier, superior product for the consumer. It takes time, hard work, and consistent care to raise high quality beef but we believe that it's better for the cow, the environment, and our health.
