| How to buy | Tjaden Ranch Beef is owned by Casey and Nicole Tjaden, located in western Nebraska. We sell high-quality beef from the cattle that are born and raised on our ranch. We offer bulk quantities, bundles and individual cuts. We deliver throughout NE and CO. Tjaden Ranch cattle are raised on pure Nebraska native grass and then finished on high-quality hay and corn that is grown on our farm. This diet combination helps produce the perfect amount of marbling for a healthy, great-tasting product. We never give any of our cattle growth hormones or corn distillers, and all of our feed is grown on our farm, without any pesticides. This entire process takes between 14-18 months until they are ready to be butchered. Once we take the beef to Steakmaster, it hangs there for three weeks to allow the beef to age, and then it takes approximately an additional week to be processed.
