| How to buy | Wyatt Family Meats is a small town butcher shop. We have a long history in the agricultural world, from growing up ranching, buying and running our own ranch, custom calving and haying, raising chickens and selling eggs. When our family suddenly grew to five children and we wanted to find a way to make a living and raise our family while getting to stay home. We had an idea along with another family in early 2020 to start a butcher shop alongside running our ranch. A couple months later, we processed our first beef. We are a custom exempt facility since 2020, which means we are not USDA inspected. Whoever owns the animal alive, is the one who's freezer the meat goes in. We converted an outbuilding on our ranch to a butcher shop; creating a kill floor, a cooler, a processing floor, two freezers and we added an office. We love to serve our community by processing their beef, hogs, lambs, and wild game. We dry age all beef for ten to fourteen days and wrap all cuts in two layers of paper or vacuum seal. We double grind all burger and stuff it in plastic bags. We smoke bacon, hams, sausages, and snack sticks in house. We can cater smoked pork or brisket for your next gathering. Our other LLC, 4 His Glory, has farm fresh eggs for sale. MarketMaker lists these products: Alfalfa Hay, Beef, Bermuda Grass Hay, Deer (Venison), Eggs, Elk, Garlic, Hay, Lamb, Pork. It lists how it sells: Direct, Farm Market, Farmers Market Vendor, On-Farm. |
