To us that means they should be given room to wander and run outside, enjoy Montana's sunshine (some have even been caught sun-bathing!!), play in the mud and eat good food. Our Heritage breed pigs, primarily Red Wattle, are fed Non-GMO, Non-Soy, Non-Medicated rations that we grind ourselves. We source local barley and peas along with a high quality mineral.
