| How to buy | T and R is a fourth-generation dairy farm located in Liberty. When Mary took over the farm, she expanded their herd from 50 to approximately 140 head of cattle. In 2012, the Regans shifted from wholesale to specialized milk products. Mary attended "cheese school" in Grandbury, Texas, where she learned to make various cheese flavors. Upon completing her education, the school staff visited her farm for about two weeks to help Mary perfect her cheese-making skills. In addition to producing cheese, the Regans bottle milk, and make butter and yogurt. They also sell eggs, cucumbers, peas, corn, and tomatoes at the farmers market. We milk our cows twice a day. All of our animals are free-range on the farm. The animals on our farm live a great life. We believe in making them as comfortable as possible. The products that we craft are handled by Daivd and I personally. We want to provide a quality product. We stand behind all of our products.
