PricesBeef by the share: an eighth of a cow is a flat $700 and a quarter $1,300, a half is $8 a pound hanging weight and a whole $7.50 a pound hanging weight. Whole hogs are taken by deposit against set processing dates. Summer meat and egg shares are also sold.
