It publishes an apple ripening calendar by half month: Almata crabapple and Paula Red in August, Fulford Gala, Day Break Fuji, McIntosh and Cortland in the first half of September, Liberty, Macoun and Grimes Golden late September into October, Empire and Red Delicious in early October, and Albemarle Pippin, Crispin (Mutsu) and Shizuka in mid October. |
