| How to buy | Since 1983 we have been hand-crafting healthy cow's milk cheeses. There are no additives or preservatives and all of our milk is free of synthetic bovine growth hormones with only vegetable enzymes. We create all natural and certified organic Cheddars, plain and flavored/spiced Monterey Jack, Caerphilly, and Derby cheeses. We also make cheeses just for our retail store, so you will often something new to taste when you visit us in Rockport Our factory store, the Rockport Marketplace, has thousands of Maine made products and we have a Farmers' Market, year round, on Saturdays from 9 am to noon. |
