| How to buy | Mount Apatite Farm is located on the Hatch Road, just off Minot Avenue in Auburn. The 1878 farmstead sits on 24 beautiful acres just south of Mt. Apatite. Two acres on a sunny hillside are dedicated to the organic vegetable, herb & flower gardens. What sets this farm apart is one woman's personal endeavor to transform the gardens into what they are today. Cookin Carol harvests as much of the good wholesome food grown in her gardens for her prepared meals as she can. Having a licensed commercial kitchen she sells prepared food and baked goods along with her garden's harvest. Carol also offers Mount Apatite Farm catering services, specializing in fresh & local ingredients! |
