| How to buy | We produce high quality, healthy food and medicine to nourish ourselves and our community, focusing on mushrooms, vegetables, and herbs. Shiitake mushrooms are grown on hardwood logs harvested from our fields as we reclaim them, and fruited in the natural shade of a conifer grove by the edge of Marr Pond. Vegetables and herbs are grown with an emphasis on soil health and sustainable management practices including cover-copping, composting, and low-compaction cultivation to minimize erosion and our impact on the watershed. |
