Cape Newagen Alpaca Farm

📍 North Yarmouth, Maine

How to buyWe are Maine fiber producers selling our own farm-raised alpaca and sheep yarn. Our alpacas and sheep feed on hay grown and harvested locally in Maine. They are raised with care for the land we inhabit within the Royal River Watershed. Using our own fiber from our animals' yarn, milled in Maine or spun on our farm, helps to reduce our carbon footprint and provide a locally raised product. Agritourism visits to our farm are scheduled by appointment on our website. We offer 45-minute educational farm tours in our viewing pen, 75-minute alpaca treks walking your own alpaca and learning about alpacas and various private tours and educational workshops.
Tillage & soilThis farm has not published how it works its soil, so we are not going to guess. If you farm here, tell us and we will add it. See the farms that do say.
