| How to buy | From our holler to your table! SouthDown Farm is a small family-owned farm in the hills of southeast Kentucky. We are known for the Kentucky maple syrup that we harvest from the 400 maple trees we have tapped on our steep hillside property. We participate in the Kentucky Maple Syrup Days, on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays in February. A day full of Maple Sap to Syrup demonstrations, Sugar Bush tours, homemade Maple baked goods and Maple Syrup!!
