| How to buy | We are a small, family-owned farm dedicated to raising beef cattle, hay, and producing maple syrup. From our farm, we offer grain-finished and dry-aged beef, available in various formats including individual cuts, monthly beef subscriptions (CSA), and bulk bundles of 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, and whole beef. Each cut of beef is aged for at least 28 days. If you have an RD, you can book a stay in our full hookup campsite. |
