| How to buy | In the early Spring our greenhouse boasts a variety of plant starts to include vegetables, flowers and herbs. The farm store has fresh eggs, jams, jellies, maple syrup, honey (seasonal), pickles, dried herbs, and salsa to compliment the seasonal vegetables picked fresh, just for you. We have fresh strawberries in early Spring. Our veggies are seasonal and include lettuces, kale, spinach, cabbage, broccoli, carrots, radishes, Bok choy, cauliflower, kohlrabi, tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, eggplant, okra, cucumbers, asparagus, blackberries, onions, zucchini, yellow squash, pumpkins, spaghetti squash, corn, green beans, beets, mushrooms (when available), collards, Swiss chard, and fresh herbs. We have mums in fall. Our doors are always open, and we encourage visitors to come and see where their food is grown. We enjoy hosting and sharing what we do. We have a cabin in the woods for those who want to come and stay during the warmer seasons. |
