| How to buy | Our StoryOwners Jason Foley and Shannon Bardole-Foley brought their individual companies together and formed the homestead business of Honey Hollow in the fall of 2016. On July 4th the couple was married, and by the fall of 2017 the couple had purchased 11 acres of timberland near the iconic Summerset Winery area. Construction on a log cabin home and store along with moving all bee breeding operations to the new site started immediately. By spring of 2019 they finished construction of their store and open up to the public. Other future plans entail finishing the interior of their honey house to allow for a classroom, honey extraction, woodshop, and grafting room. The couple also plan to clear a few acres of land to allow them a large farmer's market garden to provide fresh produce in their store and markets. Jason takes care of most of the bee and carpentry related operations, while Shannon oversees customer relations, brooms, and soaps.
