In our greenhouse, we employ high-functioning adults with special needs and grow nutrient dense organically grown hydroponic lettuce and herbs. We sell fresh produce at farmers markets and local restaurants and grocers, and we donate fresh produce to our local food pantries. At Watch Us Weave, we employ high-functioning adults with special needs to create beautiful handmade scarves, throws, baby blankets, table runners, placemats, and rugs on floor looms. We also create button-themed holiday and specialty occasion greeting cards for sale in local shops and online, and we can create custom design and message cards for businesses and families. We offer weaving classes and can teach you to make a rug or runner using colors and textures you can choose, with all materials and looms ready to go when you arrive. We are a Provider of Indiana Medicaid Community Integration & Habilitation and Family Supports Waiver services, build job-based relationships, and create fulfilling experiences for our individuals, families, and caregivers in a positive supportive environment. Long term, we recognize the need to create self-sustaining communities with jobs, housing, and social engagement for these too often forgotten adults.
