We press our apples on an over 100 year old rack and cloth cider press to produce high quality sweet cider. We then ferment our sweet cider into small batch artisanal hard cider available at our farm market in Bloomington. We are totally harvest driven. We press sweet cider in the fall, and we make hard cider from this year's harvest, which means that every year's hard cider will be slightly different."
