For generations, we have lived on and cared for the land in this area. They raised a variety of livestock and farmed the land. When she married and had children, the farm became a second home to Steven and his siblings. From a young age, Steven dreamed of someday calling the family land "home." This land is what has become Rolling Hills Lavender Farm and is soon to become the Rieker homestead. Steven and Kelsie, along with Steven's parents, Greg and Julie, are excited to begin making the dreams of Rolling Hills Lavender Farm become a reality!</span></p> <p class="font_7 wixui-rich-text__text"><span class="wixui-rich-text__text"><span class="wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text"></span></span></p> <p class="font_7 wixui-rich-text__text"><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">In 2017, Steven Rieker attended an Agribility conference in Maine, where he discovered the value of lavender farming and the hidden potential within lavender agritourism. Immediately, the family began researching ways to dive into the business and purchased their first 33 plugs.
