He brought not only his family with him, but also his years of experience in fruit growing and wine-making. He settled on the original 80-acre tract of Huber land, which is now over 700 acres today. Simon's vision has perpetuated over the past 180+ years, with his and Gertrude's descendants living and working sustainably on the farm to the 7th generation now. Today, we have a multitude of activities for any age, or as we like to say: the young and the young-at-heart. Activities range from plucking a ripe & juicy strawberry in the field, to a stop in the tasting loft to try our award winning wines & spirits, to letting your child (or maybe inner-child) run free in the Family Farm Park. No trip to Huber's is complete without a giant scoop of our homemade ice cream, and grabbing some fresh baked bread for your dinner table, paired with your favorite Huber Wine to share with loved ones.
