How to buyIndiana Grown, the state directory, publishes this farm's own description: "ALL our hives are located right in the middle of a prairie at a 230 acre park in Valparaiso, just a few miles south of the Indiana Dunes. They are surrounded by an all-you-can-eat flower buffet of duneland wildFlower Farm! In addition, we never add anything to the hives, so the honey is as organic as can be! We do a simple strain to remove wax particles, and never heat the honey. It's raw honey at its best! Our honey retains all the vitamins, enzymes, local pollen, flavor and aroma. And since we bottle in small batches one hive at a time, the honey has a more floral and distinctive flavor! Just as nature intended." Products as the directory lists them: Honey, Honeybees, Raw honey, beeswax, propolis, propolis tincture, none.
