| How to buy | Indiana Grown, the state directory, publishes this farm's own description: "Hello! We are Mathew and Carissa Winters from Little Way Farm and Homestead. Our farm is nestled amongst the rolling hills of Southeastern, Indiana located just north of Vevay. Little Way Farm and Homestead is a family-owned and operated farm and homestead training center. Little Way Farm and Homestead was incorporated in 2022 on the Feast of St. Michael the Archangel. We promptly set about to support the ecological development of the farm, both to begin raising animals, growing produce and also to establish a place that others could visit to learn the skills of traditional living small-scale farming, homesteading and generally, productive labor. Like many others, we became aware of the devastating consequences subpar food has on human health and ecology. This has been bolstered by our developing awareness of farming practices that neither respect human dignity or present anything of wholesome value to practice. We have since recognized that good food and sound agriculture is becoming a catalyst for many others to not only recognize the need to include real food in their diet, but to also reconsider the way in which our lifestyles can better serve the greater good. We hope to be a part of the change building farms and homesteads that not only provide for the needs of society, but that honor and glorify God.
