We have been growing microgreens since early 2023. In January 2024 we established the legal business name, received our resale license, launched our e-commerce website and were awarded a slot at the farmers market. Our physical presence the market has been well received and we are expanding our products to include freeze-dried microgreen powders and spice flakes. We have also added bees to our farm in hopes of producing honey and other products made from honey and honeycomb."
