Our USDA Certified-Organic 100% Grass-Fed Cattle are a Scottish Highland/Aberdeen Angus cross which ensures lean and flavorful beef. The cattle spend their time out on pasture with access to clean water and shelter. In winter the cattle are fed organic hay. Beef is sold by quarters, halves, or whole. |
