We want to provide our customers with beef that we can trace from start to finish. The calves are born on our farm and then put into our feeding program and then on to the processor. We grow all our own crops for feed silage and corn. We do not use any feed additives. It takes us a longer time to have the beef ready, but we think it makes for a more naturally tender product in the end. We use a small processor who is federally inspected. When our cattle go to them they are the only 6 head of cattle in the plant. This makes for great quality control.
