Their cattle are on grass for approximately 1.5 years then fed a finish ration of half hay half grain for 4 to 6 months. This practice produces well marbled yet lean healthy beef. The carcass is dry aged for 14 days then cut, vacuum packed, and frozen, locking in the flavor and freshness that all customers enjoy." |
