The member's own description on its Idaho Preferred page: "John and Melanie (Mel) Gallup, from Gooding, Idaho, bring a lifetime of experience to their work on their family farm. Having raised cattle for most of their lives, John, a large animal veterinarian with a deep passion for cows, found a kindred spirit in Mel. They established their beef herd in 2008, and in 2009, their milking herd. They are able to provide raw, unpasteurized milk, cream and butter. They also sell retail cuts of beef and beef shares (whole, halves and quarters of beef)." |
