| How to buy | Idaho Preferred, the Idaho State Department of Agriculture brand program, lists this member for: Beef Cattle, Community Supported Agriculture (CSA). The member's own description on its Idaho Preferred page: "We offer bulk 'shares' (1/4 or 1/2 beef) throughout the year. They can be reserved by putting a deposit down via our website. Once the beef is harvested, aged and vacuum seal packaged, it is ready for pick up. Customers pay their final balance at pick up.We offer seasonal 'share' of a harvest (20 lbs or less) via our website. Customers can order a seasonal beef 'share' and we will deliver it to them free of delivery charges on the date they select. All of our beef 'shares' come from an individual beef harvest and all of our ground beef is single animal sourced." |
