🥛 Dairy🧺 Farm stand
My name is Christina Anderson and I have a passion for goats! I have been lucky to be able to combine my love of goats (and especially goat dairy products!) into Prairie Thyme Farms. I have always been a farmer at heart, having raised and shown sheep and goats for many years. On Prairie Thyme Farm, my life revolves around milking, feeding, cleaning, and making Prairie Thyme products in my spare time, if that seems possible! Prairie Thyme dairy is located in Newalla, just outside Oklahoma City, on a hillside of 10 acres. My goats pasture browse and are supplemented by alfalfa and grain for milk production. My herd is a mixture of alpine, lamancha, nubian, and saanen goats to yield a blend of goat milk high in milk fat to help me produce Prairie Thyme's beautiful cheeses. The dairy & cheese-making facility is licensed & inspected by the Oklahoma dairy board to insure the quality & food safety of my products. MarketMaker lists these products: Body Care Products, Cheese, Livestock & Animal Products, Milk & Dairy Products, Soap, Value-Added Non-Food Products. It lists how it sells: E-Commerce / Online, Farm / Roadside Stand, Farmers Market Vendor.

🥛 Dairy
The Bearded Doe and Company started in 2013 when the Paige family purchased land in SW Payne County. In 2014, they purchased dairy goats and dreamed of making many creamy delicious treats for their friends and family. The farm offers many fun and exciting experiences all centered around goats. Kids and adults from 1 to100 will cherish their time spent with goat kids during the spring Sip and Snuggles. Older kids and adults will enjoy Goats Milk Soap and Goats Milk Lotion making classes. In these classes guests get to be hands on with Lamancha dairy goats and make products from start to finish including milking the girls. Coming in fall 2022, there will be pack goat adventures at the farm. During packing adventures guests are invited to bring a picnic or snacks and drinks and hike along with the goats across 160 acres and down creek. The Bearded Doe and Company is open to the public during scheduled events and available for private group events.
