In the farm's own words on the state map: "Hey, we're the Upper Forty Farm, and we started raising organic pasture raised livestock because we were tired of a food system that prioritizes profits over the care and quality of the animals. On our family farm in central Connecticut, we produce the finest quality meats in the world! How do we do it? We do it by prioritizing the quality of life for the livestock we raise. Our livestock is rotationally grazed over our organic pastures. The health and safety of our animals is our top priority. Our attention detail in the entire process results in the healthiest and tastiest meat that money can buy! If that's what you're after too, then we invite you to join us in making a change!".
